Can I get a second 60hz monitor?

FavoringWinter

I have been getting into streaming and have been wanting a second monitor. My main is a 144hz benq zowie XL2411P. Would having a second monitor with different refresh rate hurt performance, or affect the overall experience
Specs: Ryzen 5 3600, RX 5700 XT, 16 gb ram

Nope, won't have a negative impact.

It will of course have a positive impact on having another screen to see more details on.

If you use Extended Display, it might - just connect it & choose what gets fed to each.

I frequently edit any posts you may quote; please check for anything I 'may' have added.

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!
