How low of a viscosity are we talking about? If it's like water it would probably be better than water or urine, but I don't think there are any thermal paste out there.

Just low enough that it can be moved with a powerful pump but isn’t water. I think a thermal paste with 1 or 2 stars on amazon will be about right.

Urine is about as acidic as water. Typical pH is 6, while pure water exposed to air equilibrates to around 5.6.
