special tool called CH341A flasher.

Yes this is what i am using, and that is a really old post if it mentions floppy drives. Also the laptop MB does not have any jumpers, that guide is for a different machine.

Thanks, tried it with similar results. Found the solution was elsewhere.

It's a 16 Mb flash chip, i.e. 2MB. Software is correctly recognizing chip size.

The software did not correctly recognize the chip but it was close enough.

The solution was simpler than I thought, there was a second IC with the BIOS, since i didn't had board-view at the time I just assumed that the W25Q16JWSNIQ hold the BIOS info. After Board-view i found the correct bios IC it was identified GD25LQ128C that was 16MB and was able to dump the BIOS. Re-flashed the 2MB dump back to W25Q16JWSNIQ. After that extracted the new bios from Lenovo homepage using InnoExtractor and 7zip, than edited it with UEFITool and HxD.

Device: Laptop
Brand: Lenovo
Model: Lenovo Legion  5 17ACH6H
Board number: NM-D562 Rev: 3.0
IC: W25Q16JWSNIQ
Situation:
Bios corrupted while windows bios update interrupted (Stupid Lenovo updating bios with Windows Updates).
I am using CH341A + 1.8V adapter. Cant find a software that supports W25Q16JWSNIQ 1.8v. (tried AsProgrammer 2.0.4; NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10; CH341A proggarmerV2.0(ByShichangZhou).
Downloaded a dump was not full, sine software could not recognize the correct chip size and only downloaded 2mb.
I found the bios for the specific board online, but its 16mb. all of the programs spit out error "Buffer size not equal to IC size", since the programs identify it as W25Q16FW.
Tied manually entering larger size of 16mb flashing fails to verify after writing.
Do I have to but a different programmer that supports W25Q16JWSNIQ or is there an easier solution? Perhaps someone know of software that supports W25Q16JW?
Thanks in advance!

I solely use flashrom on debian/ubuntu for that purpose. All GUI apps I tried were garbage.
