USB Port randomly stops working.

I have a Lenovo ideapad Gaming 3-15ACH6 laptop.

A few weeks ago the usb ports started acting up, randomly stop working and I have to replug in my mouse sometimes I have to replug it a few times before it works again.

I have tried: Another perfect working mouse, the mouse on another pc, cleaning the laptop of dust.

The other usb port also does this while the headphone jack on the same board works fine could this be an issue with the IO cable?

Download the Chipset driver for your model, after running, be sure to reboot.

If that fails, update the Bios
