Make-A-Wish pc. Please help!

Make a wish is allowing me to wish for anything, so I wish for a gaming pc setup but I have no idea what to ask for. I don’t know much about computers so I was asking for a prebuilt pc. The problem is that I have no idea which one to ask for. I searched the internet and almost everything I see says not to get a prebuilt pc lol. I saw the omen obelisk and said maybe this is a good one. Can someone help and tell me which of I should ask for?

If you want the Omen Obelisk, ask for it.  It's YOUR wish and a fine PC.

This isn't something that should be argued prebuilt vs build you own.

as @jstudrawa already stated: it is your wish, so go for what ever you like. But if you do want to use it for some high end gaming you should go for (either in a prebuilt or as part of your own build) RTX 2080 Ti graphics card, at least 16 GB of RAM and a CPU with a decent single core performance (at least 4.0 GHz) and enough cores (everything above 6 should be fine). As many people tend to forget: make sure to use a decent monitor with at least 1080p (1440 would be better) and at least 144 Hz refresh rate to get the full gaming experience. Wishing you all the best.

Is there a pc that you could recommend?

The Omen Obelisk is nice, and honestly... if that is what you like, rock it.  As @SEAL62 says, get high end components to enjoy in it.

It's a good PC, you will be very  pleased with it.

If you want to avoid the pitfalls of typical prebuilts you should look at boutique companies like Digital Storm

Well, I guess that's as good a wish as any other, since you'll be able to continually use it, unlike something like "going to disney land" or "meeting x celebrity". (which wouldn't be that easy with Covid...)

I would also suggest a boutique builder. Like like Neuron AMD RTS-1, from OriginPC
https://www.originpc.com/configurator/neuron-amd-rts-1

Pretty much the best money can buy as a consumer right now.

Spoiler
CPU Ryzen 9 3900X
GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super
DRAM 2x16GB DDR4-3000
Liquid Cooling Liquid CPU
Storage  480GB M.2 NVMe SSD
3TB HDD
Motherboard X570 ATX
Operating System Windows 10 Home
Networking

Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11ac

Power Supply Corsair 750X, 80 Plus Gold
External Connections

FRONT: 2x USB 3.1 Gen 1, Combo Headphone/Mic

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x / GPU: Asus Radeon RX 6750XT OC 12GB / RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus / NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 / PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Win 10 Pro

I recommend that you build one yourself, it's a great experience, plus some prebuilts cheap out on other components

Lol I want to but I have no clue how to I usually try to go on the prebuilt pc website and customize but it seems soooo expensive

Honestly building your own pc comes down to not forcing things were they’re not supposed to go, there’s lots of build guides and theirs only a few things you can fuck up bad.

the first time I built a pc was at frys and a guy helped me out, but they’re dying 😭

I would just search up a step by step guide, write down the different parts of the process you see and feel like you need more info on, then search up guides for those specific parts.

something like a ryzen 5 3600 and a rx 5700xt will do, if you are interested in building your own I can write down a full parts list

AMD blackout rig

cpu: ryzen 5 3600 @4.4ghz @1.35v

gpu: rx5700xt 2200mhz

ram: vengeance lpx c15 3200mhz

mobo: gigabyte b550 auros pro

psu: cooler master mwe 650w

case: masterbox mbx520

fans:Noctua industrial 3000rpm x6

CUK is fine, bought a laptop from them a few years ago.
