I have almost the exact same kayboard. The only difference I can see is that mine has a big enter button. Mine also works, no problems, but I don't use it at the moment, but might start using it again.

Wait, this keyboard is expensive? Didn't know that, but either way I'm not selling mine.

Frame it to honor it as the 17 year old warrior that deserves to be enshrined.

Please forgive me for I have sinned, it has been 3 days since my last confession.

I just bought an Intel atom notebook out of pure curiosity. Hadn't got a clue what I was going to do with it when I made the purchase.

Can I book a regular slot in the confessional?

Seeing this picture made me throw up in my mouth a little, that, or it was the gas station sushi.

I've got a pair of them. one has a 1.6Ghz dual core and the other one a single core. They were a bundle deal, 2 for $45 shipped. Tossed a spare cheap SSD in the good one, maxed the ram at 2GB (or was it 4?) and keep it as a spare in case I need something disposable to travel with that's small. If that gets stolen or confiscated somewhere I just really don't care.

Wanna hear a horrible cycle, here we go.

-I wanted to get back into PC gaming after taking break for like 8 years

-I bought a r5 Alienware Laptop October of 2018.

-Bought an APU because I had credits I needed to use and figured I might use it sometime.

-Impulse bought a 2080ti in December of that year because I was in my local computer store when they were unpacking a new shipment.

-Bought a new power supply for the apu because the included one wasnt rated for enough wattage for the 2080ti.

-Didnt do my research and realized I couldnt use my APU without an external monitor.

-Sold my laptop in January because I decided to build a tower

-Bought a Define R6 case, 2700x, Gigabyte x470 gaming WIFI, 16 gb ram, Acer Predator x35 monitor and corsair h150i cooler.

-Starting in April I decided I wanted to do open loop and bought a thermaltake P5 case, started ordering a ton of water cooling parts and started planning for Ryzen 3.

-Sold the Acer monitor because I was getting motion sick and thought it was due to size, bought a pair of 24 inch monitors.

-Realized motion sickness was due to curved screen, not big screen

-Sold 24 inch monitors and bought 34 inch ultrawide flat panel samsung.

-Ryzen 3 launches, couldnt find a 3900 at launch obviously so I got a 3600 because I had already sold the 2700x and wanted something to get by.

-Also bought a x570 Meg Ace because I sold the gaming 7 board and im not smart with component selection lol.

-Bought a 4x8 corsair RGB kit because I wanted all 4 slots populated knowing full well this was stupid

-Still running the 3600 because of the announced next ryzen launch hopefully this summer.

-Also I should add that I had a logitec 910 keyboard and 502 mouse, sold those and bought corsair k95 and VOID mouse because Im a corsair whore, no other reason really.

And why was this all clearly a big waste and stupid use of money. Because I spend maybe 2-3 hours a week playing games and otherwise I web surf and watch friggin youtube videos. Worst part is I definitely will do this again and again.

Wow, that's a long list! But I hear you and can relate.

I went several years straight upgrading CPU from 3770K to 4790K to 6700K just because. Finally showed some restraint for few years until I bought 3950X. GPUs like GTX 770s in SLi, then 980s in SLi, then "calmed down" and only bought one 1080 Ti for Gaming Rig/Work PC and one 1080 for HTPC.  No 2000-series, but can see myself upgrading 1080 Ti to a 3000-series just to have a new GPU to go along with the new CPU and O11 Dynamic case.

I've been doing this since I was a little kid and pulled apart my scalextrix cars to see how they worked... At some point I probably pulled apart most of my toys when they broke to try and fix them... and often succeeded unless it was broken beyond repair.

To this day in my early 40's... I still pull crap apart... I've got 2 old tablets that were broken due to a faulty charging cable awaiting dismantling and then destruction... because they're old and have personal data on and can't be wiped due to said faults from faulty charger.

I modified those scalextrix cars to add lights... before they were even a thing... made them a little slower due to current and no LED's back then... But it was fun and my first messy experience with soldering.

I had to create and manually wire up a special sized plug for the rear of the satnav dvd drive on my car to allow for a reversing camera to be installed.... bloody thing works too.  :)

NO RGB aside from MB and AIO pump. Triple 27" Monitor setup (1x 144hz, 2x 75hz, all freesync/freesync 2)

System 2: Asus M5 MB, AMD FX8350, 16GB DDR3, Sapphire RX580, 30TB of storage, 250GB SSD, Silverstone HTPC chassis, Corsair 550W Modular PSU, Noctua cooler, liteon bluray/dvd/rw, 4K HDR display (Samsung TV)

Sounds about right on the price then. I paid £15 Inc shipping. 1.6ghz single core.

Like you I have a spare ssd, and I'll see if I can pick up some very cheap extra ram (if not I'll download some)

Going to see if I can run some old 80s arcade games on it.

I also find lighting at all let alone rgb to be an active detriment.  There is some argument for a lighted keyboard, and possibly a mouse for playing in the dark, but not an RGB one.  I find RGB actively annoying and don’t like it.

Sometimes I’ll set a slow rainfall pattern, but it’s usually when I’m just tryna chill out in my room, and I have my lights set to purple. Kinda sets a mood. Otherwise, I’ll just have accent lights on so I can see my hardware through the smoked panel.

If I can get it to run galaxian and stuff like that I'll be happy. Going for a sub £30 arcade cab.

Going to be tough though. £15 for the notebook and around £12 for buttons and joystick leaves me with £3 to build the cabinet.

Win for asus.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

My RGB addiction is so bad. I put it in my Dell, I already have it on my ROG, and my Surface has a luminescent paint job. My monitor has strip lights on the back and the mouse lights up too. I've considered getting therapy or starting a support group. I need to get help before the anti-RGB police come knocking.
