Contact EA support and tell them that the code you received didnt work and they will INSTANTLY add access to your account!

Also for those of you who get access please report back to this thread!

Worked for me, I used the email option and I got an email exactly like the one amunj got.

It says you need to send them the not working key, did you do that?

I've tried the email method, because my options were either "CAll me in 50 mins" or "email me"

just worked for me, I said that they sent me an xbox one code [insert random code from internet] but i asked for a pc one, then they added the game to my library

not really this is still a 100% legitimate copy of the game in your account, and their is no reason for them to "investigate" further if you actually got a code or not.

Was a little skeptical at first but tried it and worked like a charm after the 1 hour wait, cant wait for the download to finish and jump in game, might tempt me to actually preorder it  :D

OMG :L it worked, all I did was say what you said "Hello, are you able to provide me with a Titanfall beta code, if the one I received is not working?" and without my e-mail and etc, the person unlocked the game, took me 50 mins to talk to someone but well worth it!

 

I suggest using a yahoo e-mail tho if you need to make a new account and etc!

It works,i just say that i had a xbox key and i require access to pc version.Few hours later i got this reply
