Installed new aio pc only boots up with

Deff not my ram sticks since I tried both in one slot and both successfully booted up , but if I put both I get beep n c1 error

Dead slot on motherboard? Probably nothing to do with AIO

Also send a picture of when you re using 2 stick, maybe you're using the wrong slots

That’s the only slot that boots up with either of the sticks ? But when I put both I get beep sound and c1 error

Yeah , not working , the only way it boots up it’s the way it’s in the first pic ,

Page 21 of the manual, but in short turn off the PC, then hold the button on the top right on the motherboard i/o for a few seconds and then try to boot

 

This will clear any strange overclock or bios setting that may be causing issues

Its on the i/o. Back of the chassis, where you plug in usb devices and ethernet cables

Could this be the issue ? This little red light on when beeping says cpu?

That's just a diagnostic led, its actually on DRAM. But anyway, can you confirm you actually held down the clear cmos button as shown by Daniokl

When I hold it does the pc need to be turned on ? Off ? Or completely shut off with power unplugged ?

Pc must be off. Your manual says it should be unplugged too, so i guess do that. Admittedly i normally do it with pc turned off but psu still plugged in.
