Are there any electronics companies that give invoices

Faisal A

An institution that I attend at has purchased 5 ultimakers, and needs fillament for them, but they can only order from companies that give invoices, like CPC and YPO. They also want to purchase electronic equipment for projects, but need a company that hives invoices and isn't too expensive. Do you guys know of any ? Thanks in advance

i would imagine any company worth anything would be able to provide an invoice if requested, it's not exactly a rare thing.

Find any company that has good prices and just ask if they are able to provide you with an invoice

@Arika S Do amazon provide invoices ?

you can download an invoice for any order already made.

Go to Your Orders.

Click View Order Details next to the order.

Click View or Print Invoice on the top of the order summary.

If you need one prior to payment, then you would have to contact the seller.

I mean the institution doesn't pay until they receive the item or something like that.

That would be completely up to the seller and is independent of whether or not they would provide an invoice. I doubt there would be many amazon sellers willing to send goods without payment first. it would be something you would have to ask the sellers directly

@Arika S What about the amazon basics stuff

You would have to ask amazon.

It more sounds like you want a Debit Note, not an invoice

Invoices are usually the way sales are done business to business. So smaller sellers might require tax number before they even allow ordering. This is why many companies here use external tech services for equipment orders, or have another known supplier.
