What do you guys say at it? I have read 2 reviews so far and both has been positive. Mostly because of it's color accuracy and really great response times. Some are even highlighting the measure peek brightness with HDR content over 480 nits (still not great HDR, but at least they are delivering ABOVE the certification).

I will wait at Linus, Rtings and one other YT channel to review this and based upon that, I will buy it or not. But so far, I am like 70% inclined to buy this.

P.S.: Please refreain from comments of type "it is Razer, it is overpriced piece of garbage what will brake in 2 months".

Thank you!

Maybe I'm just blind, but I see no option for VESA mount ?

Please mention or quote me if you want a response. :)

I don't see one either.  I really like the concept of their stand. It looks really clean, but vesa mount would be a nice option.

If they had no branding at all, I can confidently identify this as a Razer product.

I mean very good and balanced all around specs, but overpriced yes. There are better alternatives price wise with like same specs. Samsung CHG70 ans Acer Nitro XV272UP for example.

Really love the asthetic, but I can't spend more on my monitor than I did on my build. Wish they'd make an entry level 1080p 75hz version, but I doubt that's ever gonna happen.

I dislike how it doesnt have a vesa mount. Maybe if they make a model 2 it might have one. I'm guessing they wanted a very specific aesthetic for this monitor and for a specific use case. I doubt this first gen monitor is for the masses and I doubt its trying to compete with manufacturers that have been around and time tested. They most likely wanted to test the waters by bringing a very nice design with some good specs.

to be honest, dismounting that hinge seems like a tall order ._.

also like if it's VESA mountable they can't justify that overengineered stand (the cable routes are CNC'd)

not saying i agree with razer's choices, but if it's anything of redeeming value it does look like a designer's concept personal monitor ._.

It has no VESA mount and frankly, I do not care. I am one of those people, who does not need VESA mounting. I can't have 2 monitors next to each other and I am not extremely tall person, so really no need for it.

You and all others seems to forget, that most of the marketed IPS and VA monitors are really not true 144Hz displays, because the pixel response time itself is too slow, therefore you are not getting the full experience. IF Razer manages to really have great pixel response times like f.e. LG 27GL850, but here, the brightness of the panel is more like TN, so it has it's drawbacks.

Basically all I am saying is:

If the panel is true 144Hz with it's color accuracy and it's brightness, it is really great monitor to buy. The fact, that it has not "true Gsync" is a non factor for me, because adaptive sync work just as fine. The only catch here, is it's HDR400 certification as it is not really a great HDR experience, but for example, if you would play with PS4 on this monitor, it is still better as no HDR at all.
