I'm a regular customer from them online, and have also visited their physical shop once. They're fine.

The only weirdness I've had from their website is if I access it from work (based in UK) it seems to trigger something in cloudflare which makes it thinks I'm from outside UK and throws captchas at me.

I bought my Roccat Isku FX keyboard on Scan before, it was cheaper on Scan along with next-day shipping than Amazon for the product alone so easy decision.

Although I have only bought one product from Scan, I can recommend them and I am likely to purchase from them again if I find a good deal on tech that I can't find elsewhere.

Yeah perfectly legit site, they even have a physical shop you can go to if you want.

Not the cheapest, and I've not bought any of their prebuilts, but their scansure insurance is pretty good (insures against damage caused when installing new components) and they offer interest free credit for a decent 10 months.

Family have got like 2 full systems and £1000s of purchases from them.

I just got a replacement monitor on it's way from them, because, as far as I can tell, the Amazon delivery probably dropped this one, and it's dying after a couple of days (don't want a replacement from Amazon, if it's also gonna get trashed).

So a normal company. Has good and bad points like any, but legit company. Just check your purchasing online in a safe manner, and have no viruses to steal your info! XD

Been buying stuff from them on and off for over 10 years and they have pretty decent customer service as well. As neko says, not the cheapest but I buy all my "high-end" stuff from them and only them (or other big retailers).

When I'm ordering from them, I usually find myself ordering between these and overclockers. I've never had a single issue with scan.

I ordered a gigabyte x570 Aorus extreme from them recently. Got it delivered to Germany by the next day.

Avoid scam.co.uk but scan.co.uk is fine.

I buy all my stuff through Scan and have for years, always great prices and brilliant customer service.

would highly recommend.

Hi, yes it is a very good place to buy from. I got parts for a gaming pc, all of them to be specific with a payment plan which uses V12 finance which is trusted. Also I added to my parts Scan Protect which is basically for accidental installation damage which is self explanatory, you damage something while installing, you get the part replaced free of charge I believe. I had some issues as I had to wait quite a while for my order to arrive due to having preordered an item so I'd recommend watching out for such items that are under preorder.

They were one of my biggest customers and bought many abit motherboards. Have always had good dealings with them both for personal and business.
