Help me pic a logo for etching on my case

I got my pc from maingear and I got this logo designed of my service dog ghost etched here are the four what would look best ?

 

included is the etching, my intervals, and of course the man himself ghost.

I like the first and third one

1. your dog is gosh darn majestic

2. As is, I like the second/fourth one the best, but I think an inverse of the first and third would also work. I think the white kind of overpowers the entire picture in the first and third, while IMO the white would be better as an accent color. Whether you want the logo/name included is up to you, really.

thet tried inverse and they said these turned out better this will also be bigger

I was kind of think something like this, because the dark and lighter colors would match the fur a bit better:

Although you do kind of have a 'mask' effect on this picture, which you may or may not like.

I think in the first and third image you're losing a bit of detail, but that may not matter to all.

design I wanted to be graphic like that ... so this is by choice
