paypal not adding my card and my card is debit card also tried card option on ebay it will only go paypal . i cant buy windows 10 on ebay what am i to do ? im from india

For starters, have you checked if your bank allows your cards to be registered on paypal? Until some years ago, I could not register any of my cards on paypal due to the bank limitations, when they resolved it both my Visa Electron and Mastercard work. 

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.

Should work, in my country though you need to enable the cards ability to buy online, I did that through my banks website, that might be your issue too. Call your bank and ask. Some bank limitations might be a problem too as @Bouzoo stated.

If you aren't an Adult yet then it is very likely that you can't register your Debit Card on PayPal because you have to be at least 18 for that. I too can't register my Debit Card on PayPal because I'm not 18 yet.

You can take a look at all of the Tech that I own and have owned over the years in my About Me section and on my Profile.
