Just Got a MakerBot Replicator+... Having Issues With Circles

Okay so when the MakerBot is doing circles it is not making a perfect circle. For example while making caps shield:

 

What can I do to fix this issue?

It sure looks like a circle to me in the picture. Is it oval IRL, or what's the issue?

Is your plate too hot? Too much heat can cause it to warp when drying

They aren't the travel lines. Those are the circle lines. The issue is while its making a circle (and the circle looks good for the most part), the filament seems like it isn't sticking in the path the thing is traveling in, then once it reaches the other side it sticks causing a line across and a missing part of the circle where the filament should be. It's really hard to describe. But nothing is printing out correctly. Because of this issue. If I do a simple "O" for example 3 layers high, less then a centimeter thick. There will be these lines through the edge or the center of the "O" because the filiment isn't staying in the path as it lays it down, it just later connects across the circle causing there to be a line.

 

I can video it happening if that would help?

ah ok so it's not sticking to the layer below, therefore pulling the extruded fillament over the part? i would check your extrusion settings / layer heights.

Ah, layers aren't sticking. Try raising print-temperature by, say, 10 degrees and try again, or lowering part-cooling-fan's speed a little.

It's default temp at 215c, with stock grey filament from MakerBot.

hmm. i tend to print my pla at 190 and bed 40 for first layer then off.

what nozzle size and layer height are you printing? 

I know it is not the same as you aren't getting far enough for it to split but it looks like layer adhesion issues:

But do you have the same printer? What's a good printing-temperature does differ quite a lot from printer to printer.
