Not as check it, it's too big. Try calling your airline company and just ask the question to them, you might be able to make a special arrangement with them.

If it's an mITX machine in a proper mITX case (not chopped down ATX case) then why not? But if it's a big desktop it's probably safer to take the system apart.

The size and weight limits are probably the biggest problem. Security might ask you a load of questions. Watercooling would probably need to be drained to comply with liquid rules.

Main system: i9-7980XE, Asus X299 TUF mark 2, Noctua D15, Corsair Vengeance Pro 3200 3x 16GB 2R, RTX 3070, NZXT E850, GameMax Abyss, Samsung 980 Pro 2TB, Acer Predator XB241YU 24" 1440p 144Hz G-Sync + HP LP2475w 24" 1200p 60Hz wide gamut
Gaming laptop: Lenovo Legion 5, 5800H, RTX 3070, Kingston DDR4 3200C22 2x16GB 2Rx8, Kingston Fury Renegade 1TB + Crucial P1 1TB SSD, 165 Hz IPS 1080p G-Sync Compatible

take all the parts out and put them in your bag, and ship the case on its own

This. Depending on the price of the case and the shipping, it would be maybe cheaper to buy a new case.

If it´s a Small form factor and doesn´t weight too much, it´s fine.

I´ve done it a few times just got a few Glaring looks at why i´m bringing a Pc, but no problems.

Yes. Though you have to make sure it can handle the abuse of being tossed around. Luggage handlers couldn't care less about all the "Fragile" and "This way up" stickers if you put any on the packaging because they have a schedule to keep.

If you want to carry it on, then it depends on the size of the PC. But it's likely the weight limit of 10kg/22lbs will be exceeded before the size will.

Check the airline website for the allowed carry on size/ weight and weigh your computer and measure beforehand. I have personally flown with my tower multiple times and i've never gotten a second look other than young TSA employees asking my specs. I personally use a Fractal Design Meshify C it is exactly the size allowed on every airline i've checked it allows up to a full size Atx motherboard with good cooling options as well! Good luck!

♿Current Build♿:

Case: Fractal Design Meshify C

CPU: I7 7700K

MoBo: MSI Z270 Gaming M5

RAM: 16GB (8x2) Teamgroup Vulcan@3200mhz

Storage: Samsung 960 Evo 500GB SSD x2, Corsair Force LS 60GB SSD, WD Black 2TB HDD

PSU: HX750

Keyboard: Logitech G910 Orion

Mice: Logitech G502 Proteus RGB, Logitech G600
