@Amazonsucks I did the DISM command, it says completed successfully but it's 99.3%, and did the SFC it's verified 100% completed.

 

Why 99.3% on DISM?

It might be a bug displaying the result. If you can type in the command prompt window it finished running. I would probably reboot, then run DISM again and see if it happens again. 

 

You arent doing anything intensive(installing or uninstalling anything or playing a game) while those commands are running are you?

Nope, nothing, I did it while PC is idle.

Since windows 10 and the cloud came along I just leave my PC to it.

i5 8600 - RX580 - Fractal Nano S - 1080p 144Hz

absolutely nothing. no ccleaner, no virus stuffs, nothing. windirstat is only run when i need to nuke some stuff, windows gets reinstalled when it breaks(though i wont be reinstalling windows 10 on my computers ever again.)

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
