2990wx only showing 32 cores and 32 THREADS ...

Hello everyone, it's been almost a week since i'm configuring my new built pc but i ran into a problem my CPU only showing half of his 64 threads in task manager and in CPU Z.

 

could anyone help me on that ? thank you.

Made sure SMT is enable on the BIOS?

 

Made sure you're not using Ryzen Gaming mode thingy?

so smt wasn't enable i put it on his other option "auto" and now it's showing me 16 cores for 32 threads ...

64 threads should be available, that post is specifically talking about Digital Audio Workstations, now that you have 16 core and 32 threads, look in Ryzen Master (i think) to see if Game Mode is enabled or not.

whenever i try to launch ryzen master i've got a "D3" error code on my motherboard meaning "some of the architectural protocols are not available"

 

and won't launch

i don't know how but sudenly the 64 threads appeared in msconfig so i was able to activate them thank you.
