If these are errors, they're really weird ones to make. Especially as they line up with AdoredTV's leak. That's two Russian language sites with Clock information and it's the same. 

 

Those clocks have also been quite likely, btw. TSMC's process clocks higher than GloFo's 14nm, even by what AMD has released with Rome information.

 

Though this probably answers the question of what AMD will do at CES, that AdoredTV brought up in his recent video. We're going to get the 3800X at launch, or maybe a little after launch (they staggered Ryzen 1st and 2nd gen, remember). Then we'll get the Anniversary edition with the 5.0 to 5.1 Ghz turbo clock in May at Computex.
