High temps yet lots of air flow.

anonvx

Hi, I have been having high motherboard temps around the 50C range and it gets me nervous. My CPU is liquid cooled and overclocked. I dropped my clock down a little to bit to control the temps better. I started getting high temps when I replaced my radiator fans with noctura fans. My PC sounded like a jet engine on startup. I added some fans inside the case that just sit there and that helped a little bit but I'm planning on changing my Ryzen 1600 to a Ryzen 2700. Any ideas on how to get the temps lower? I'm considering drilling holes for more intake fans. image0.jpg

Mines 41C at idle. If you got plenty of airflow, your fine. This isn't a random new issue right?

50c is , also not that hot for a motherboard either

50c might be hot for maybe a hard drive but if you're talking about a north or southbridge thats not hot for a microchip

What case are you using and how are your fans and radiator set up?  I can't really tell what's going on with that picture you uploaded.

What AIO and where? Rear mounted AIO can block airflow to mobo parts. That said, my mobo is at 70C under load. You are quite fine.
