How can I waste my bandwidth?

Gosh... That is awful. This is what I mean by ISPs being terrible. 

You could always move to another country for better internet. That's more likely to get you satisfactory results than using up bandwidth.

And my dad is getting FIOS caps for under that, as well as a superb phone and TV deal. Only becuase he complained. What stinks is there is a FIOS box about a mile away from my house, and we can't get it.

ISPs pretty much make you their bitch. Some others suggested seeding/downloading bulk torrents which is a horrible idea. 

 

If they notice you're using an excessive amount of data often ISPs have provisions in place for that. Aside from that what you do is literally a molecule in the ocean, For some ISPs "unlimited" isn't actually unlimited, I don't know about Verizon's policies but I'm willing to wager they have some way to shaft you in there.

Why would seeding torrents be a bad idea? Also, I've read into this. Not sure how it works now but when FiOS first came up, someone used his "unlimited" bandwidth to seed 7 TBs of torrents and they told him to stop. I found it pretty hilarious. Anyways, I'll keep that in mind. Also, I'm pretty sure I've made it clear that I don't intend to cause change with my small little "protest".

That's likely to get you flagged to be monitored due to a high amount of connections and bandwidth exchange. They'll know you're torrenting and that it's legal, but you're likely to be monitored after that, and I wouldn't like that if I were you, just in case I actually wanted to torrent something.

if you still want to do this, put the file you're seeding on your SSD so at least you won't be wearing your HDD.

Meh. Sometimes you do things that you don't understand. I guess this is one of them

Find a large legal torrent, and set it to use like 4 or 5 thousand connections
