No wifi options showing when try to set up windows on new build

I'm doing my first pc build and I have finally gotten the bios updated to the latest version and gotten windows installed. When setting up windows however, I get to a point where it says I need an internet connection to move on. The only options it gives me is ethernet port. I cannot connect an ethernet as the router is downstairs in my house. The motherboard (GIGABYTE x670 aorus elite) came with a wifi antenna and I have it plugged in but still no wifi. I know that it's not too far away or something like that because both my phone and old computer were connected fine. I need help.
