Pc doesn’t post give me advice

I’m currently building a pc used and I’ve done everything I know to troubleshoot this thing. In terms of hardware, I’ve narrowed it down to the motherboard, cpu or psu.

Things I’ve tested:

Swapping out gpu

Putting gpu in a different slot

Plugging DisplayPort into motherboard Trying one stick of ram

Clearing CMOS

Checked for bent pins on CPU

Specs:

Asus z490-a prime

Intel i5-10600k

RTX 2070 super

Sama armor 550w power supply

3600mhz silicon power ram

Samsung 850 EVO 500gb

The thing is, when I boot the pc, the Q-LED lights don’t turn on at all, which makes me think it could be something else. Here’s a video of what’s happening.

Before I get a new motherboard and cpu, please tell me if there is something else I can do.

I bet you have already done this, but check if your cpu 8pin is connected correctly and your 24pin to your motherboard to I have personally encountered this sort of issue when troubleshooting and the connector can be 1 or 1,5mm off.
