Minor Complaint: The Quote this button is never in the right place

Alright, here's a really nit-picky one. the Quote this button when you select some text NEVER is where it belongs. It's usually a few pixels off, sometimes there are 2 and this happens. Nothing major, or worth anybody's time, just a little polish thing.

Just tried it and mine does the same thing.

I see it only happens when you scroll away from where it was.
