Posted March 27, 2017 Was bored as hell and found this article on an interesting bag. In the age of instagram/snapchat/twitter/etc.. almost every teenager wants to get those perfect pictures to show off to their friends and followers. Well, what better way than to wear those pictures yourselves. I present to you POP-I the company that agrees with having screens on everything. Quote "POP-I is a company that’s trying to make E Ink backpacks the next big thing. It’s actually trying to popularize E Ink apparel in general, but at CES this year, the company is showing off its backpack." To be perfectly honest, I could imagine many teenagers wanting to get this, especially if celebrities start wearing them. However, the bags do come at a price Quote "The bags range from $99 to $399, depending on the size of the screen and the bag’s material." And also with the need to charge them every once in awhile , while pictures also being only in black and white Quote "Some downsides: the E Ink display has to be charged. It takes three to four hours to charge it fully, though POP-I tells me that the display can last for 30 days on a single charge. As you’ve likely noticed, this display is also only in black and white, which is a bit lackluster." So, what do you guys think of it? I kinda like the idea but the price is kinda steep for a bag. Definitely a good present for your instagram-addicted family members and friends. Ps. Posted March 27, 2017 it would break because of how i handle my bag, they are expensive AF, and the screen quality dosent even look that good. also battery would need to be charged so no thanks I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays... nothing, it just sits there collecting dust... Builds: The Toaster Project! Northern Bee! The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0) Spoiler "Here is some advice that might have gotten lost somewhere along the way in your life. #1. Treat others as you would like to be treated. #2. It's best to keep your mouth shut; and appear to be stupid, rather than open it and remove all doubt. #3. There is nothing "wrong" with being wrong. Learning from a mistake can be more valuable than not making one in the first place. Follow these simple rules in life, and I promise you, things magically get easier. Posted March 27, 2017 Well, I think its cool, but I would probably not buy one, especially when the bag part looks like that and it looks like its meant to be portrait mode and not landscape “Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at. It matters that you don't just give up.” -Stephen Hawking
