Try moving the files to another directory, like... C:\Loader?

How would I do that? just click and drag it? i have 3 storages thats why

In File Explorer, create a new directory at the root of your C; drive, then cut and paste the mdloader_windows.exe (and its related files) into the new directory.

That's a good sign. Try running mdloader_windows.exe again.

alright it works finally thank you for your help. Just last question if i want to fine tune my rgb to match the color im looking for i have to keep making a new configuration and deleting the old one in the folder, replace it with the new one and go through the command process again.

Just got my Input Club Kira.

 

Now, what I'm wondering is, what's a good cap set for it? I'd prefer something backlit.

So I kind of want to get a 2nd keyboard that's compact, has dedicated arrow keys, and has hotswappable switches.  I've narrowed it down to the Massdrop Alt, the Glorious GMMK, and the Hexgears Gemini Dusk/Dawn. THe GMMK seems to be the best pricewise. Does anyone have experience with these keyboards (I realize the Gemini Dusk/Dawn aren't available yet but I'm pretty sure they've been shown off at tradeshows already.?

 

Are there any other hotswappable compact Keyboards I should know of.

Most quality sets are not backlit compatible. There are a handfull. Here's one I found http://www.tai-hao.com/catalog/ins.php?index_id=82 

 

I'd search on aliexpres and banggood where you're most likely to find some.

GK64 is another one. It's a 60% with arrow keys. I'd consider it a bit more premium that those other options.

I put on my Pudding caps, but it's lacking caps for Right Shift, Right Alt, Right Ctrl and 0/Ins. Also the Del/End/PgDn caps are a bit short.

 

I'm looking for alternative caps for the missing keys (1.75u for RShift/RAlt/RCtrl, 1u for 0/Ins) but other than that it looks fine.

I had kind of disregarded the GK64 because I believe it uses weird 1U bottom row keycaps and I thought a video I saw somewhere said it has a slightly off key layout in order to fit arrow keys in that bottom row. 

 

Why do you say it's more premium than the other boards I listed, though?

So I was this close to buying a Massdrop Alt over the weekend, but I might change gears entirely. 

 

So there's the Z-88 out there that's mad cheap, small, and apparently hot swappable. Seeing as it's so cheap I know the quality will be lower, but I can buy the keyboard, a new set of key Cap's, and even replacement switches for way less than 1 of the other boards I was looking at.

 

Anyone have experience with the Element Z-88?

No experience, but it really looks cheap. That said it doesn't have to be bad. I personally own 3 akk33's cheap chinese boards. But pretty good for the price.

 

But the Z-88 gets bonus points for the drain holes xD

Keyboards that are hot swappable with Outemu switches typically only work with Outemu switches. The sockets for the pins are too tight for other switches.

I read that, you can put in other switches, but you have to use a file to trim down the pins to fit. Is that the case?
