Does EVGA make good power supplies?

There's this EVGA psu that's $65 bucks at canada computers and I was wondering how good it is. I think this is a pretty good price cause the seasonic one I was going to go with was 520w and was $80.

This would be powering a build with a i5 4460 and a r9380 so I know it's a bit overkill. But if it's not running near the limit it would last a lot longer right?

Any particular reason? other than the fact that it's not modular?

It uses cheap capacitors, has mediocre build quality, is based on the FSP Raider platform and is manufactured by FSP. Overall mediocre performance. @STRMfrmXMN and @Aniallation can confirm

I own the EVGA SuperNova 1000W G2 and it's great!

It's made by Super Flower. All reviews I had read said that they make some of the best PSU.

Here is a list of EVGA PSUs including the manufacturer, reviews, and all kind of data of every EVGA PSU.

http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page2293.htm

Also I love the cables, it came with a cable pouch and the fan is very quiet.

So what would be a good psu? I saw this one from corsair.

Your better off  with the B1 over the cx honestly, though neither is ideal

https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/ Tier Breakdown (My understanding)--1 Godly, 2 Great, 3 Good, 4 Average, 5 Meh, 6 Bad, 7 Awful

Do you have any reccomendations for a decent 500-600 watt bronze psu? Idc about price. I'd rather not smell my build burning from a shitty psu.

I put the 520w one in my parts picker list before I saw the EVGA one. So i guess I'll keep the seasonic one high on the list. thanks.

How many case fans should I buy? One comes with the spec 01 and i'm using the stock cooler for my cpu. should I get another two or would one be fine?

1 intake and 1 exhaust both 120mm is fine - you can go for 2 intakes but that's only if you need it.
