On a scale from 1-10 how noisy is Your PC?

1-3 I would say when doing nothing to light/medium gaming.

 

6-7 under complete load with the fans at 100%, nothing speakers cant handle without being to loud.

May the light have your back and your ISO low.

4 ish. At full power the fans are quite loud, at 40-75% its whisper quiet. (Also its custom watercooled)

I'm 2ft away, I don't hear it at all, not even under load (cant hear it over headphones or desk speakers) When idle (browsing or whatever) It's silent and inaudible without any sound sources going.

 

120mm AIO CPU cooler (600 rpm on Low idle+ Ramping up on load to 1200rpm)+ G1 Gaming GTX 970 on Default/Auto fan profile.

Front panel fans x2 @ 800rpm (never ramping up)

When turning PC on, all fans spin to 100% for 2seconds,.. During the Windows load its then down to idle RPM's, to which I never hear it from then on.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

I've got a Define R5 case, some extra case fans, and a Noctua U14S. It's fairly quiet at low load but when I play games my GPU rachets up a fair bit. I don't hear it though because of the intense sound blaring out of my headphones

If there was a .5 /10 that's what mine is , super low speed until I start to game then the gpu fans get annoying and up to a 6

When the bottom fan on my mobo (Z87X-OC Force) is plugged in, I'd say 8, but with it unplugged, more-so to 5. Weirdly the top fan doesn't make nearly as much noise. 

I haven't got my PC in my case atm either, so there's no noise dampening from my H440 being put into play.

i would say pretty quite, you would have to know to listen for a slight hum to actually notice it.

When I'm web browsing, it's pretty much inaudible. When I'm gaming, I'd say it's about a 3. At boot it's probably a 5, and when the disk drive is in use it's easily a 10 because it sounds like a jet engine during takeoff for some reason.

Almost all the fans I have in my system are off when idle. You can hear it when gaming or rendering but it isn't really loud.

I don't play with headphones and still never hear it unless I try or theres no sound and again I barely hear it, and with headphones nothing at all even with no sound

My current in-use PC is Cardboard 1.0. It has a Xigmatek Janus cooler, a Sapphire 7770 and a single stock Antec fan. When I first started the system up it was whisper, whisper quiet. That Xigmatek cooler is dead silent. The GPU, being a Sapphire, is also really quiet too. had I not been staring at the fans I would not have known that it was switched on. That gets a 1.

 

My laptop, on the other hand... well, it's a Gigabyte P35W, so that can go anywhere from completely silent at idle to Turnip Crusher when doing ANYTHING.

I have an Athlon x4 860k overclocked on the stock cooler...

Therefore headphone=win.

10/10 would noise over performance again.

My PC is ok, but I wear headphones so its not like I notice.

But my Laptop is really loud and my solution for that is putting on music. Really Creative solution

5, its super quiet on idle since the GPU and PSU are basically not spinning just the corsair quiets (not that quiet)

 

under gaming load its audible but i dont really notice it and you cant  hear it on my headset mic, however the yeti does pick it up

I'd say about a 5, but since it's pretty much white noise to me at this point, it's a 2/10 for myself

6. It is audible at load, somewhat audible when idling (HDD noise - I would need to go full SSD to avoid it).

Would have been a 4 before I got these Noctua fans. I must say, they aren't that quiet.
