Good cases under $70 with a dual pin power button?

Do you guys know of any good cases under $70 with a dual pin power button? I need an atx one that will fit a 190mm high cpu cooler, I also need one that has really good airflow.

That's a real ask. I'm not sure that's ever specified.

Dual pin...? I'm pretty sure that's the standard. 190mm clearance. 

Maybe make a custom wooden case.

No idea how to help in this regard, this is a new one to me (dual pin power button doesn't give any google returns sans power buttons in 2 pack combos.)

What do you mean by "dual pin"?

 

Almost every power button cones with a + and - pin for the motherboard I/O header.

 

Also, I know of no air cooler that's 190mm tall. The tallest I'm aware of is the Coolermatser MaterAir Maker 8 which is only 172mm tall.

Even the La Grand Macho is only 160mm

 

I wonder if OP means length of PSU.  That's a measurement at 190mm called out on some case specs.
