Here is my 1st system (main F@H) I try to run it 24/7 but this heatwave here is killing it so ya....

            Ram: 8gb Samsung DDR2 1066Mhz

            GPU: Evga GT 630 2gb Model (Not used to fold anymore)

            CPU: Q6600 Stock 2.4Ghz

            Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper T2

            Motherboard: Intel Desktop dq35joe Executive Series

            PSU: Thermaltake 430 Watt

It blows compared to most systems but for running 24/7 it does ok and gives me a decent boost in point and WUs, plus it looks sick imo

I plan to fold on my Dell Inspiron N5040 (not too good, but hey, I'm at least helping lol) and some HP desktop.

I had my grandma's HP set to fold on idle, but god knows what Best Buy is going to do with it. And I randomly fold on my rig, so yeah.

Still, it can Boinc, and that's what I use it for.

G3258 4.4GHz @ 1.37v (because I didn't bother to lower the voltage but I will in the weekend)

DEER 1000W psu from a friend's build until I get my AX1200i delivered
Kingston hyperX beast 12GB running at 1600mhz

kingston ssdnow V300 240gb(1 year old so it doesn't have the shitty controller)
adata sp600 64gb (linux drive)

i fold every once in a while on my main rig, i5-4690k at 4.1ghz, and a strix gtx 970 with the thermal target set to 65 as to not cause too much heat but it still boosts higher then stock clocks, and if left on for 24/7 should get around 100k ppd

Hell no! The gtx 970 ALONE should get ~250k PPD on stock clocks, if you are only getting 100k, something is very wrong.

Hell no! The gtx 970 ALONE should get ~250k PPD on stock clocks, if you are only getting 100k, something is very wrong.

it varies depending on the work unit I get, I only use the chrome tab thing so idk how a curate that it, I had a wu worth 100k points but it was going to take 10 hours and I didn't want to leave the rig on over night so I waited a day and it went down to 40k points

Oh, you are not folding 24/7. That's why your numbers were weird, you were giving us false information. Now it makes sense.

I'm folding on a q6600 rn lol. kinda weaksauce but it gets a little over 5000 ppd if I let it run without using the computer
