Mouse pad or not?

Gamer Schnitzel

I have a wood glossy white desk. Do I need a mouse pad or is it fine without?

It works fine without but I want to know if I am missing anything

If you want accurate taking for gaming or a better mouse feel you should get one. Also your mouse feet will probably wear down pretty quick without a pad.

The main reasons to consider a mousepad are:

- different feeling (if you don't like the feeling of the desk surface)

- usually your mouse feet wear out slower

- similar story for the desk surface, you might get scratches when mousing over if

I would say get something like this it is a popular gaming mouse pad https://www.amazon.co.uk/SteelSeries-QcK-Gaming-Mouse-Rubber/dp/B000UEZ36W/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=qck+mouse+pad&qid=1575848698&sr=8-2

Just pick the size you want for your desk area
