I'm not sure exactly which model is your motherboard, but I think most of them has the same settings. The above manual belongs to Z590 Aorus Elite, So, if you can turn to page 35 from the manual, there's a section called "Resume by Alarm". You can refer to that to set your system.

Does anybody have any info about pricing and location for ltx, as i have been wanting to for a few years now

bc i was going to get a 200 usd one bc i need z chipset to do an oc and i was going to get a cheaper one, but when we went to microcenter (this was on vacation bc we dont have one where we live) my dad just said why not just get this one if its better, and he covered the difference bc my sister bought some stuff on the trip so this was like, my gift.

I don't know about the OC performance, but any decent OC board should handle a hexacore fine, considering they build them to (usually) be able to handle the higher SKU 8/10 core chips. You'd need to check the compatability list for CPU support, for PCIe support all generations are backwards/forwards compatible (the only difference is bandwidth, you're going from higher>lower instead of vice versa so you'll have no issues). 
 
They don't actually have the CPU support list they refer you to up lmao, but on the specification tab it does say the board supports 10th/11th gen chips:

 
Considering there isn't even a single BIOS update out for this board, I assume they mean this is out of the box.

PCI Express gen 4 has been around for over a year and a half now – But it hasn’t really made much of a difference… Does that change with Ryzen 5000, RTX 3000, and Radeon 6000?

@OwayBaway  Here is a 240 vs 280mm. Notice of the 240mm, it’s shorter and the fans can go into the front panel. On the 280mm, I had to place the fans on the interior of the case. 

That's fine too. 

Great choice.  The H510 is a beautiful case.  I moved a Ryzen 3700x and an RTX 3080 from a high airflow case to and open case to the H510 and saw no difference in temps.  In the H510, just make sure the rear 120 and top120/140 stay as unrestricted exhaust and it performs great.  A little care put into your setup, cooler, and fan choice, temps and noise will not be an issue.
 
Edit: The 240 and 280mm radiator fits in the front.  But, the 240 will give you a bit more flexibility on which side of the mounting bracket to place the fans.

It probably performs well for a 120mm going by how the larger 240mm performs, the larger EK reviewed well. They are pricey usually. I don’t find them a waste of money at all.  Many prefer them and they are great for certain builds where you need to “relocate” the heat so to speak. 

As others have suggested you should look into a 240 if you can. I have an EK Aio but its the basic because honestly the rgb ones look like cheap shit to me. The basic has a nice brushed metal finish. Super clean. They're good quality products tho and are reviewed pretty well.

It's still a capable platform, but it's starting to show it's age in some aspects. Intel has essentially been reselling binned higher-clockspeed Skylake generation (6th gen) chips.
Skylake isn't wildly more capable than Devil's Canyon (4'th generation), which in itself was a Haswell Refresh.
A number of factors, most prominently being complacency depending on who you ask, stagnated Intel's progression to nothing more than mediocre generational improvements. AMD "snuck up" on Intel with a surprise butthole inspection with the release of Ryzen, and Intel's response thus far has been fairly lackluster. Third gen Ryzen is trading performance blows with Intel's 10'th gen at a lower price point.

There's meaningful performance across the board (workstation and gaming) to be had by upgrading from my 4790k, but not enough to justify the $800+ I'd be spending to upgrade.

Oh then ya you will want multi gpu lol, glad that you are williing to spend money to help people 👌

They will both be monsters in terms of performance, if you want raw power go with amd, but if u want decent rtx performance go nvidia, keep in mind that even with nvidia it still is an absolute UNIT of a card

It's decent and I would not necessarily upgrade depending on your use case.

Intel shafted people for years and AMD's cost to produce the 5000 series is the same as the 3000 series, but they chose to price it $100 more.
None of these companies deserve brand loyalty. They are both scum. Buy what is good value. Go past the label.

I wouldn't say that a RTX 2070 is being vastly bottlenecked by an i7 7700. But yes, the 10600KF is quite a bit faster compared to your current processor. The system will be balanced and if you decide to upgrade to a better card in the future, like a RTX 3080 or a 6800XT it will go along just fine with the 10600KF. 
 
 
It's not fair to say that Intel's current gen processors are garbage. In fact they are pretty good, especially for gaming! Are they competitive, that's an entirely different question. The OP is asking a simple question here, namely is the 10600KF a good enough upgrade compared to his old 7700. The answer to that question is yes. Also, do keep in mind that Ryzen 5000 series is not readily available everywhere and where it is it has quite a markup due to the high demand. 

A 2070 Super with a 10600K(F) sounds fine to me.
