will this cool and i5 10600kf

I would not use it on an Intel 6 core.

 

My i7 8700k and i7 8086ks use either a Dark Rock Pro 4 or a Noctua NH-D15.  They usually run at 5 to 5.1ghz all cores all the time and they have been doing it for years.  

 

They idle in the low 30s, game in the high 60s and bench in the 70s so heat is never an issue even when I get the i7 8086ks up to 5.2ghz for some fun.

That is really no better than a 212. Same TDP rating. Just black, and probably a little quieter than a 212.
