Should I update Windows?

I'm currently using Windows 10 1909 x64. Should I update to the latest build (20H2)? And what will I miss from 1909 if I have to do so?

I have done a lot of these feature updates at work, normally pretty few bugs.

 

Also you need to have the feature updates to get security patches, a feature update only gets security patches for 18 months, so 1909 is getting close to eol.

but will I get more ads or promotions from Microsoft? People said the latest version of Windows 10 has lots of these.

Not really, Its about the same, maybe different locations. Your running the wrong os if you don't want microsoft junk though.
