For most here, XOC use doesn't apply - Instead it's done along the lines you've pointed out, if it's done at all.

First of all, thank you guys.

A ton of bad experience with their brand. Starting with their motherboards all the way back to P55 and H55 chipsets, last gave them chance with a system i've built 4 years ago and it still was a nightmare, the built quality of their GPUs is absolute dogsh*i where i had to open their basically brand new RTX 3080s to adjust thermal pads... still trying to get rid of their VG27AQ display which i thought was an awesome deal... Asus is simply non-existent anymore to me for anything hardware related.

No, Bulgaria. We have extremely good 2nd hand market and i even have a few backchannels from dealers where i can get refurbished boards with warranty for 1/3 of their market price.

If i order from ebay or amazon, with the shipping to Bulgaria it turns into $100, which is exactly what i can get an entire X570 Tomahawk motherboard with remaining warranty for, so not really a good deal.
As for the actual speeds, i am currently on 1Gbps network and downloading and installing games from steam at constant 880Mbps, it doesn't utilize more than 38% of my 5800X3D. There are occasional spikes to 45%, but that's it. Constantly seeding various torrents at 850+Mbps and never seen CPU utilization go above 35%. Still a few years away from 10Gbps network, so i think it will be good. Also, i'm planning to move to Zen5 once the new Ryzen 9000 X3D CPUs come at the end of the year.

The 2nd M.2 slot and the extra PCIe lane are exactly why i upgraded to X570, otherwise i would've stayed on B450 cause it was working perfectly fine. As for the add-in card, as i mentioned, with shipping it gets ridiculously expensive and locally, those are considered prosumer products and get overcharged to hell and back. Also i am planning on utilizing those extra PCIe lanes with NVMe PCIe add-in card(s) for more NVMe drvies. I really wanna completely move away from mechanical drives and still have one 4TB HDD in my system that i need to get rid off, so need as much free PCIe lanes as possible for more drives.

Answered above - same price as a mobo and need the lanes for drives.

Thanks, bud. Found the Unify at one of my local dealers with original packaging and all accessories + 13 more months of warranty for €114, which i think is an excellent deal, considering brand new it's €280 here. Should arrive in 2 days.

This is one I've got that fits the bill of what you're looking for. I can vouch for it being a good board because mine has been, even under subzero conditions and it has yet to miss a beat.

Check it's specifications and I believe this will do it if you get one.

However this isn't the newest iteration of this model line, there is another that took it's place afterwards but that one should be just as good as long as it's specs satisfies your requirements.

Best approach is to approach those who already know how its done. So Free Geek. Not LMG, and not Linus. They are media company. So when they are done with their equipment, it goes to those recycling companies. And what you see in the videos about Free Geek is just the surface. So all things considered, you are best to contact FreeGeek about things. Not their model, but about things they need to take into account when doing business.

One milestone was when AMD introduced Socket 754, the first commercially available 64 bit capable CPU to the public market at large.
It was only capable of single channel RAM operation at the time but then Socket 939 came out correcting this limitation.
I love my San Diego's and Toldeo's too - And Denmark cores (Opteron) as well.
All of those for 939 were good and fun to mess with.

There were several Socket 775 chips that made a real splash as well.
Probrably the one mentioned most being the Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, that one being popular because of how far it can be OC'ed beyond stock but others like the Wolfdale series are popular too.

Seeing a difference between setups is normal - Expected in fact because no two systems will behave the same way.

As long as it's not pegging 80c+ or even higher while under a constant load it's fine.
Even if it's hitting 80 or better, as long as it does it as temp "Spikes" (Not sustained) under load it's still OK.
If it's hitting 90c or higher regardless, temp spikes or not is when you'd want to start worrying about it.

Maybe a remount/reTIMming of the cooler will help - Sometimes it does.

Don't even know why you are so upsetti spaghetti, dude ask for opinions on trucks, I gave my personal opinion that GM trucks with an LS are solid options if you don't want the initial price tag of a diesel truck. A 6.0 LQ9 with a 4l80e or newer 6.0 L96 with a 6l80e are more than capable of towing 3 tons..

    I can understand that completely.
Personally I'd be open to a big 6, either inline or a V engine because I know what they can do but to each his or her own.

You'd want something with enough power (Of course) to handle the loads you plan on pulling with it so anything with a smaller engine is right out.

I'd go with nothing smaller than, let's say a 5.7 for size reference so you'd want to do a little research on those regardless of the vehicle's brandname.

I can tell you, based on older stuff what to look for but I doubt you're looking for anything over 10 years old.
Guys like @Bitter can guide you better than I can with newer truck for a good choice of what will be reliable and get the job done too - The emphasis being on reliable here.

    It's possible.

Also, when you set CPU voltage to "Normal" at what voltage is the setting showing once set that way without the voltage offset?

What it's manually set for or just where it is with "Normal" related to CPU voltage will determine what actual voltage is going to the chip when offset is applied because that actual voltage value to the chip "Per offset" is based on this base value.

If you have CPU voltage set for 1.200v's manually and then you apply your offset value of -0.096v's, you get 1.104v's to the chip and that's what you'll get when all that is applied and used.
Of course it won't be "Spot on" that value but it will be very close.
If you set CPU voltage manually to, for example 1.25v's and apply the same offset value (-0.096), you get 1.154v's instead. If changing your offset value to, let's say -0.035v's with 1.25v's set manually as CPU voltage, you'd get 1.215v's from that. With 1.20v's set manually with that amount of offset (-0.035v's) you'd get 1.165v's.

BTW the same offset effect is seen if using a + offset value,  It works in the same way to the same extent determined by the base voltage value set for the chip.

Once more thing - Setting CPU voltage (Base value) manually basically eliminates the need for using offset anyway and you can just set it manually, see what happens and then forget it once you're happy with it.

So yeah, it's possible with the values you're using for offset from the looks of it, depending on what the CPU voltage base value really is as you have it right now.

The way I see it, if they need that much makeup they're hiding something you probrably woudn't want to see and they know it.
So they cover it up with makeup instead.

I know not everyone is the same because some don't need much, if any really but others are at a disadvantage that way.
    It's unfortunate but true.

    However:
That in itself isn't the problem, it's when you see one that looks like they went bobbing for apples in a jar of Mabelline or Mary Kay AND they have the "I'm just the shit" (Bee-otch) attitude, that's when it's relevant.

If you had a code reader/display it would probrably be showing POST code 55 which indicates a RAM problem.

    One thing it could be:
Remove the CPU and CAREFULLY check the pins to see if one hasn't shifted to one side from being a tad loose in the socket - Note you're not looking for a bent pin but one that's actually shifted over to one side/out of place when looking for it.

Best indicator is to look at a group of pin tips and see if any tips do not match the pattern others around it have. If you see one that's not "Right" then that's probrably it......
And there could be more than one pin like it in the socket so you'll have to look carefully for it.
Using a magnifying glass/visor with a light is the best way to go about finding and fixing it.

Simple fix is to just move the pin back into alignment with the others if you find one that way and it should work BUT also remember which pin it was for future reference if you swap CPU's in the board again.

I know that because I have one that has a loose pin that will shift to one side and cause a Code 55 RAM error. I just go into the socket, move the pin back into alignment, carefully reinstall the CPU and it's off and running again...... Until the next time it does it.

    More or less.
Thinner TIM's naturally flow better than thick ones do, so seeing more pumpout with a thinner TIM is expected. This however isn't (Purely) dependent on whether the chip is delidded or not but delidding a chip can have an effect to that end.

I didn't post in your thread but I do believe you did see what I had posted in another thread:
