this is VERY typical of anything that requires a card to start a 'free' trial. they want your money and they will get it whether you like it or not.  its a scam

most applications are installed for all users, so it doesnt matter what profile your on, you'll be able to play your games.

due to the nature of Hackintoshes and how apple handles licensing, this is not the best forum for assistance on that kinda thing.
Linus has a couple videos you can reference, but you'r best bet would be other forums.
try insanelymac, tonymac86, or /r/hackintosh

any cheap usb one is gonna work just fine to be honest.

it heavily depends on whats on those tabs. video, audio, ads, any website that isnt designed correctly. all of these eat memory.
12 tabs of youtube WILL be an issue.  i agree there is definately another issue at play. most likely related to windows indexing. but you wont be able to properly troubleshoot that until you close everything else.
 
 
@OP, disable windows indexing and see if  your idle memory usage is still super high

Not to be a dick to the OP or anything but can you really say something like “make people read the sticky’s” when you yourself didn’t read the sticky before suggesting something that was included in said sticky? I mean I agree with your point, just kinda seems like a “throwing rocks in glass houses” kinda thing. And before you say you didn’t read it because you weren’t asking a question about building a pc, you were suggesting what you thought would be a change to how it’s handled which should have triggered you reading the current guidelines anyways.

I mean a few reasons why it would be a terrible policy:
- Amazon opens door and the dog runs out.
- Amazon opens door and the cat runs out.
- Amazon fails to securely close door and a toddler gets out.
- Amazon fails to securely close door and someone else decides to walk in.
- Amazon opens door and invades the privacy of the resident.
- Amazon opens door and something happens at the property and Amazon can't prove they weren't responsible.
- Amazon opens door and gets shot by startled resident.
- Amazon opens door and startles resident so severely they never feel safe again and sue Amazon.
- Amazon opens door and eats milk and cookies meant for Santa.  

this is your problem.  stop opening a million tabs and expecting to play games without lag.

I agree, you have some kind of memory leak or virus.
Restart windows and keep an eye out for the leak.
There's no reason for Windows to be chewing up 45+GB of ram when idling.
