I wouldn't consider 18" really portable, they're also going to be heavier. Look for a 15" or 16". People looking for sleek and portable usually go for the Razor Blade line of laptops.

Probably a Galaxy s21/s22 or a Iphone 11/12/13. You could try Pixels but they are hit or miss in terms of bugs and such nowadays.

For 150 you are quite close to a 10100 + board or even better a 12100f (around 100€) + a board for a bit more but it's better and you have a very clear and broad upgrade path.
 
150€ for a 7700k on a low end h110 board that might not do well is just a bad deal.

Sure but how much are you getting the 7700k for? Most times it's cheaper to move platform than the get a 7700.

Also another issue is banking apps, they will just up and dump multiple versions at once. Think Lloyds went from requiring android 5 to 7 randomly without warning. Think it still requires 7 though. That being said if a major exploit is uncovered on 9 now and isn’t patched they will straight up not sign any updates and likely will lock you out of the app. 

I would consider it if you value security. Android 9 is three years old at this point, so the number of potential exploits has piled up even if you've been receiving security-only updates for a while. No, you're not likely to get hacked, but you don't want to find out that you fell prey to a flaw that was fixed a year or two ago.
 
The tricky bit is getting a new phone with a good security update policy. The best is the iPhone, where you get five to six years of major OS updates and sometimes longer for security. However, I know not everyone wants or can justify an iPhone. In Android, Google and Samsung have the best security update policies running up to four or five years for new devices; otherwise, you're usually looking at around two to three years.

If you know what you're doing you could try flashing a custom ROM. For the Nokia 8 you can find some here. You can download TWRP (recovery required to flash custom ROM) here. Do this at your own risk.
 
If you don't want to flash a custom ROM it depends on how long it hasn't received updates. It seems like the Nokia 8 has stopped receiving updates for some time now, so I'd recommend a new phone or custom ROM.

You can see if you can flash it with an alternate OS, like LineageOS. XDA Developers would be your best resource for that. Otherwise, no, I wouldn't continue to use it without security updates.

Gpro shape is not ideal for fingertip as the hump is fairly pronounced and its a fairly big mouse. If you have large hands you could get away with it though. I fingertip and have 18.8 cm hands and i did not like the gpro shape at all.
 
If you love the g102 you should take a look at the g305. But out of the mice you mentioned i think the model o wireless would be better.

I'm using the G Pro X Superlight and I can say that it's the best mouse I've used!

if you want intel, at least get the newer generation. a i3-10100 should be as good as that 9400f, but cheaper.

Don’t know if he would like it. Just buy a cooler with lots of copper pipes with 120 to 140mm fan. No RGB and not water cooling cause i think it causes the price to go up and water cooling hard to maintain haha. To make it look good. Coincide the color of your cooler to the setup of your friend. Generalized my advise cause i dont know if the brands i know are available there.

Scratch that the Brocken is too high I just realized. That being said the Brocken ECO Advanced also is a nice option.

They are nickel plated copper. Nothing wrong with them.
 
 
I really wouldn't recommend a cheap AIO. I wouldn't recommend any AIO, personally. The Hyper 212 is a bit over hyped these days as well. It was a good budget cooler years ago, now it has a lot of competition and is underwhelming for it's price.
 
beQuiet coolers are great, and the scythe coolers are usually well reviewed too.
