Vizzaral got a reaction from SimplyChunk in iGPU not working with other cards in system, even enabled in BIOS
Idk what was going on, but it was by default that, after changing it to PEG then back, it worked.
Thank you for help.

Vizzaral got a reaction from DoctorNick in Overheating 2080 Ti?
Ended up applying to a warrenty with PCCG (shop I bought it from), since they usually are willing to test it and then handle it for me. Shame I couldn't fix it myself, my Mobo doesn't have any display ports.

That was great, and great reffing from you too. Linus was just too damn good at it.

Vizzaral got a reaction from Red Hardware in Does anyone have a picture of the world map with all the pins from ltx2019?
I counted about 20 Aussies on the map. Only ran into 2 of them.

Did you plug the hdmi cable into the GPU or the motherboard?

Vizzaral reacted to Greenish in 8600k or 8700k?
Ryzen 5 3600 or Ryzen 7 3700X
Ryzen is better price to performance, unless you have a specific reason for choosing intel, I would go with team red

Vizzaral got a reaction from flibberdipper in Are any of these a good carpet alternative?
Don't be worried. I've had a bottom mounted PSU on carpet for years. The only issue is it traps heat a lot more then tiles/solid flooring does, no static risk (unless you have a case with absolutely 0 clearance, which a highly doubt). And the heat isn't all that bad either, as the fans will just speed up. Anouther alternate is getting some pieces of wood or small tiles from somewhere like Bunnings, and just raising it off the ground a little if you're that worried.

Vizzaral got a reaction from JoeAguiar in First build in many years and everything starts up but.....no display on hdmi
After some research, the 3600X doesn't have an iGPU. You need a descrete GPU for this build.

Vizzaral got a reaction from germgoatz in What's the worst advertising you've ever seen for some gamer thing?
Xbox One X. Games just play better on it.

Vizzaral got a reaction from Ace McPlane in Computer sudden drop in frames for all games?
Try cleaning. Temps might me fine because its throttling down. Could also be that one of your really old parts have bit the dust, and not working how it should be anymore (GPU for example, can have damaged parts but still work, just really badly)

Vizzaral got a reaction from LienusLateTips in Mineral Oil Cooled PC - Question
1. All the oil does is slow down moving parts, which an RGB switch is just wiring and electrical currents, therefore will work fine.
2. An m.2 drive is an SSD. m.2 is the connection protocol. Unlike SATA, it is faster, and the drives used are just smaller SSD's.
PS. I wouldn't recommend doing a mineral oil PC, as it's a huge mess, you have to know what you're doing, the cooling benefits aren't as great as you'd hope (unless you're running some serious radiators to cool the oil) and your upgradeability is small and it's near impossible to sell old parts.
