I'd get a better PSU, and the cooler is shit. Go for a CryOrig H7 or better. The RAM is overpriced, you can get a set for almost $100 less. You don't need any kind of mass storage? I'd imagine you'd rapidly run out with only 500GB.

First and foremost i know for a fact that inwin and Evolv have terrible airflow, also size is a limit so i can only go with Full/Mid towers no super towers

Meshify C, Any Corsair AIO, and the ASUS White ROG STRIX mobo/The non white one 
EDIT: Fractal Design makes really nice AIO too, NZXT is just too expensive imo

I kind of agree with the OP, I watched a tonne of videos last year and most of them say the same but none of them go through measuring, deciding on the path of the tubes, how to use the various fittings to make your life easier etc. 

I think linus made a whole big video explaining this ill have to check to see if i can find the name of it
