Basically, just don't get slow 2133/2400MHz memory. The 3000/3200MHz kits you've picked are fine.

Any of the Trident Zs is fine. I wouldn't get the Dominator Platinums simply because they're overpriced.

Unless you want rgb, I suggest you get one of these two kits instead.

Top one is cheaper but has higher latency and doesn't use Samsung b die ICs. Lower one is lower latency, has b die so chances are it can OC decently above 3200 MHz (maybe even 3600), but costs more.

Rip doesnt go with my system colors, ram needs to be white and black

What are you using the system for? It can make a decent difference, or none at all, depending on the usage scenario.

It gives you higher memory bandwidth. 4600 MHz, for example, would give you about 44% higher memory bandwidth than 3200 MHz memory. Depending on the application at hand, this may or may not make a difference. Generally it's agreed that past 3000-3200 MHz you usually don't see large gains anymore; past 3600 prices become too high for it to be reasonable to buy the kits unless you're going under LN2 on the CPU

cant decide between 3600mhz and 3200mhz, also is there a point in getting a quad kit on coffee lake? i heard it only does dual

Quad kit only stress IMC more, so not worth it.
