Razer kraken pro v2 problem

Destius

i bought the razer kraken pro v2 a month ago and they worked fine but, when i turn the volume down to 0 via the volume rocker i can still hear stuff at very low volume and when i turn it up a little bit the volume goes throught the left ear cup only. i took them back tot he store to get them replaced and now after a month of waiting they are back and the same thing happens. i have tried them on my phone and on another pc and it keeps reapeating. anybody who has this headset know if it happens in all of them or if it just a 2nd faulty headset?

Have you tried updating drivers or installing new ones?

Razer synapse counts as drivers, also just your default windows sound drivers. Could also be the jack that its plugged into check to make sure its not lose, also try it in different jacks i.e your phone, other computers, etc.
