  1. UPDATE: My CPU fan header wasn’t plugged in. I’m an idiot.
  2. I’ve also noticed that if i havent started it up in a bit, it will make it all the way to the desktop, then shut off. If i try to turn it back on right after, it makes it maybe 5 seconds, then shuts right back off. Sort of a refractionary period I guess.
  3. Correct. It’s as if I flipped the switch on the back of the PSU. It just shuts off.
  4. It was freezing before hand, due to a standoff shorting the Mobo out. I removed that one, and moved it where it was actually needed.
  5. I bought it less than a year ago, so no I don’t believe so.
  6. So I just rebuilt my pc last night (needed to remount the radiator and add another standoff underneath the motherboard) I just booted up this morning, and it posted. It then went to windows logo, and shut off. No blue screen or error code, just shut off. I tried turning it on again, and it didn’t even make it to post. I’ve tried it a couple more times, and sometimes it makes it all the way to me opening up Chrome or trying to start up discord, but then does the same thing: shuts off. I opened up my pc and replugged in all the power button wires and such, it did the same thing. Any advice?
  7. So quick question. I realized about two seconds ago I didn’t remove the extra standoffs in my PC case before installing my mobo. My computer has been freezing at random points since. Could this be the problem?
  8. One thing is with all the crypto-currency mining I'm nervous about getting a card that's been used for that, because that's what a lot of people are doing.
  9. I've been looking on Ebay and Craigslist, and I've found some decent priced graphics cards within budget, but sometimes the prices are a bit too good to be true (980 for 125$). What are the downsides to buying a used graphics card?
  10. I want to see all of the memes you consider outdated and not funny anymore. For purposes.
  11. does anybody have the link to the video where Linus bought an ad spot because their wasn't one for the end of the video so he spent like 20 seconds roasting Colton?
