Looking at the code, the only thing that can cause that, as far as I can see, is that your browser is buggy - it's using the browser's built in "stick to top of page" functionality. I'm not sure how a browser bug like that would have not been fixed yet though.

I don't get that much gunk or "dirt" on my mouse. But your least used mouse button might be getting diertiest because your finger isn't constantly moving over it to get rid of the dust. The oils and sweat from your fingers attract dust, and enough of it builds up and forms this "gunk" that you can later scrape off. On your right mouse button you finger isn't constantly swiping that dust off, so it builds up and builds up. Just clean your mouse regularly, or stop cleaning it at all and buy a new one in few months haha (if you need an excuse for an upgrade )

Okay, but here a bank account is for free (don't know for you) and with that you could get windows for 20 dollars, not 100 so that makes it the easiest and cheapest option in my opinion.

Depends on the game. In some it's less powerful than a 970, in others it gives a 980 a run for its money.
