Posted February 14, 2016 I recently bought a GTX 980 and tried to play games. For example, I tried Minecraft to see how much FPS I can get out of it and it didn't do very well for some reason. i think my APU settings are affecting the performance but i don't know. I only got like 20 ~ 100 FPS. i have an AMD A6 7400k APU. i know i should get a better processor and i will. Also my drivers are up to date. Posted February 14, 2016 Your GPU is being bottlenecked by the CPU. You need to upgrade your CPU immediately if you want better results. I highly recommend getting a i5 4460 and any H97 motherboard.
