If you do the math, 300 GB should be 307,200 MB.
1 GB = 1024 MB
So if you need 300 GB reserved for Windows, multiply 300 GB by 1024 MB.
300 GB *1024 MB = 307,200

All of these would cost differently. The last one for example, you basically just need a mic(maybe a webcam if you want to show your face) and possibly a capturing software(unless you want to compile still images/stock video footage), the rest can be done in movie maker (if that's still a thing) or in some other free software.

Ah, I've been there too. But I decided to spend my budget on a 380, since a GTX 960 performs a bit worse than the R9 380. Also, some vendors offer AMD LiquidVR, if you also want to get into VR later on.
