I would buy the Nexus 5.
I have been using a LG Optimus 2x for a couple of years now, and the UI does not supprise me. It is laggy, even on the newer phones.
With the Nexus 5, you get a pure Android experience and frequent updates(something i did not get with my phone, which was a flagship-phone for LG years ago)

I got all of mine at the same time..

1. Yes, I think a x41 would be more than okay for some OC
2. I dont really know what you mean. But if your concerned about clearence with your tubes and memory, I think you will be fine , acording to the picture.          THE thing i am concerned about is your tubes going against your rear fan placement??
3. Noctua fans are the best( in my opinion) but Corsair fans are not bad eather. Akassa and Cougar,, dont know about them.
4. I see you are trying to create positive air pressure. But I have a feeling, that your top fans might create a bit of turbulence(might not be anything, might just be me)

Very simple but amazing mice, would be my preference when choosing a "weapon" for FPS games.

G502/402 because Logitech Gaming Software for key programming is great. Mice have a nice grip for my small hands, I can still palm/fingertip grip them without any issues and there's still a lot of room for larger hands. Good build quality, don't look ugly and plastic like Razer. Good quality of finish on surfaces.

Buy a 2x 8GB Kit, try it out and when u think it's enough keep it, if not buy a second 2x 8GB Kit. Simple as that.

Oh shit, yes you have it correct I failed to notice that he has moved the card down a slot in the image I used.
 
@Nececelery follow the advice of @mrogicom and ignore my picture, the card should be mounted in the top slot as in his picture, if you are worried about it being too close to the soundcard, simply move the soundcard down into any of the other 1x slots.

Try route you cables upwards, so they drag your GPU up a little
