It's in the Air Cooling section what should explain some questions.

And for current cpu's (Haswell,Devil's Canyon)

It matters amd or Intel, and how far you want to over clock

It really depends from case to case. Compatibility, noise levels, heat, budget, ...

Yeah it does... 4.4 GHz on what??? Intel? Amd? Case? Motherboard?

Depends on how much you want to spend. That is the cheapest option, but may not do what you want

It should be good for 4GHZ on INTEL.

What CPU? Matters. Some are allready at 4ghz. Some are at 2ghz. What is the height restriction?
