For now, titanium is the highest you can get at 94%

In the future, we will proberly see, something higher again, but never 100%

Real, not yet, possible? Yes. Even 99.9~(infinite 9's)% can be possible, but not a full 100%.

 

Think of how much it'll cost too, the Corsair AX1500i which is 80 Plus titanium is like, $400-$500 right now.

Nothing can ever be 100% efficient, it's simply not possible. Some of the energy will be lost as heat, sound, etc... and is impossible to avoid

If we could get 99.9%, we'd pretty much be running 750W PSUs passively.

 

However, as you can't stop heat generation without having zero resistance and PSUs aren't super conductors, it can't be 100% efficient

Surely it would be called 80 plus carbon, so that would cover diamond, graphite and graphene to be used instead for it. And no, it would be impossible with current technology, and likely any technology, although 99%+ would be possible! but incredibly expensive to achieve.

Well there is Stanene which is a Topological insulator, due to their arrangement of electrons/nuclei, are insulators on their interior, but conductive along their edge and/or surface meaning 100% efficiency, though is a theorised material.
