Keeps on booting up into safe mode

Go to solution Solved by mrogicom,

when booted into windows, search msconfig and run it

 

go to boot and see if the "Safe start" is checked. (if it is uncheck it)

So i used http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/ when i was uninstalling my gfx to remove the drivers and it asked do you want to do it in safe mode *recommended* and i said sure, i have windows 8 and i keep on booting up into safe mode, i have an ssd, so could that be a problem, that im booting up too fast? thanks for any help
