At 2133MHz, there will be a decent difference between CL14 and CL16, but you probably won't notice it in real life situations. 
 
But 16GB 2133MHz CL16 >>> 8GB 2133MHz CL14

When it comes to ram, capacity is ALWAYS the better option.
Don't worry about CL and ram speed, just get the 16GB kit.
Cheapest kit is fine.

Get the XFX, I have a nitro, it looks nicer but had to RMA due to fan defect. Xfx has less fan defects in production and probably a better RMA process.

I've an S340 I just use Pledge, sprayed onto a microfibre then applied carefully to the case.  Note the top paint has all the longevity of a pensioners erection and is about as fragile as Kim Jong-Un in a cheeseburger eating convention.  Really tempted to strip mine as I am fancying one of those tempered glass cases.
 
But that being said the fans are silent, my PC even with an R9 390 stuffed in it never overheats, and it does look damn good, plus NZXT's support has been awesome since my case arrived with DOA fans, sending me new fans to my door in under 48hours.
 
 
 
 

I don't really know about the paint on the S340 and what it can handle, but i've always used window cleaner on a micro fiber cloth and ez pz everything looks amazing ^^
 

I'd not use water due to the off chance of it managing to get into the case.  You could dampen a microfibre and then use that though.
 
 

My apologies if it seemed like I assumed you broke the card. Sapphire is a good company as far as customer service goes. Same can be said of MSI, EVGA, and Gigabyte. The only company I've ever had an issue with was Asus when a BIOS update bricked a motherboard and they (initially) refused to send me a replacement BIOS chip, which is like $6. 

It's really not that bad. It's cards like the R9 290x and 390x which people are concerned about and will use about double what your RX 480 will.

Could max OC a 480 on a solid 300 watt PSU with a Celeron 7000 series.

It'll give you a pretty good idea of what your PC is drawing at max load with no OC

If you can afford it go for it, it better to have more VRAM than you need than to have the possibility to run out. But I the 4GB version will hold up nicely, most games don't use much VRAM surprisingly.

Malwarebytes will find just about anything.

Run Malwarebytes again, except this time click the scan tab at the top, then "custom scan" check all boxes under "Custom Scanning Options" on the left.   Now in the center section expand C: and navigate to your browsers folders,  check the boxes for your browser installations (all of your browsers) then run the scan.
 
The third party software used to re-direct to Techbrowser is usually an unwanted browser add-on or extension.

Thanks for the reply, i tried adwcleaner, it found registry keys for pups as well as bitlord (my torrent client). I removed all the ones i didnt know but it didnt actually detect anything to do with this PuP. I will get the extention. Im currently running scans from spybot S&D, Avast, Mailwarebytes, and Microsoft security essentials. I really hope it finds it but it is looking unlikely. Im not sure how to go about it but i will not stop fighting thats for sure. What ive read about it is very worrying on its intentions and i dont want my information leaked so i am going to fight this untill the point i have to format

In general good temps for HDD are below 60C your temps are good and nothing to worry about.

Yeah those look good for northbridge or southbridge controllers as long as they are below 75C they are good, not bad for an older laptop. 

There is no north bridge sensor but the pc runs fine
