i have had a friend have this issue too with his pc turning off then not posting. for him, this was gpu problems, we were able to figure that out once it was on. for how it turned on is unknown. we didnt tinker it for about a day and then we tried to fire it back up, it turned on. i am not sure if that is the issue. and also how much time has this been happening for?

Because todays size of CPU are infinately more practical then having to build a computer the size of a shopping mall. i mean, if you want to build a computer with a 1950s shopping mall sized CPU then great go for it. But i hope you're not planning to go to lan parties with that setup

The ideas I've got going ATM is a Syndicate based organisation, that's a lot less rigid and more fluid than anything available. (I just like the idea of military-like rankings)
 
The basic idea is that there will be groups, such as mining group or a piracy group, those would have an elected representative, who will sit on a general council which will, in turn be run by a high council.
